Our equipment and factory have the most internationally recognized industry certifications: NOM, ETL, ANCE, DOE, NSF, FIDE, SGS, and EMA.

Our factory is located in Merida, Yucatan, and we have authorized distributors throughout Mexico and the USA.
6. Where do we ship to?
We distribute throughout Mexico, the USA, Canada, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
7. How many years of warranty do our freezers have?
2-year warranty. Twice the industry average!
8. What do we suggest to place and install our coolers at location?
We suggest having the equipment in a place free of heat sources, ventilated, and with a separation of 12 inches between the wall, and the refrigerator. In case of moving it, do not tilt it more than 30 degrees, let it rest for four hours before plugging it in, and keep it plugged in all the time. See our tutorial for more information.
